Race 2

Looks likely to be hot speed early. HOOVES OF TROY resumes from a 14 week spell and proven first-up winning one from five when fresh, must be considered. LOVE IN WINTER back from six week let-up. Has plenty of early speed and a likely leader, could threaten. NAARAH resumes after a 14 week spell and looks the leader, should go well.  HERECOMESTHERAIN has a lot of early speed, not without each-way claims.

Race 3

Stand-out between the top two picks. CAESURA let-up for six weeks and has genuine early speed, could threaten. COUNT MARSH back from 10 week let-up and has a lot of early speed, a real threat. TEICHMAN let-up and has genuine early speed, could upset. IBUTHO let-up and drawn perfectly, genuine contender.

Race 4

Looks likely to be hot speed early. IMPERIOUS DESTINY coming off a win to break maiden at Greyville and looks the leader, chance to place. PERFECT TRUST coming off a win at Kenilworth and has a lot of early speed, cannot be ruled out. GARDENIA let-up and has placed in two attempts this campaign, commands respect.  FIELDS OF GREEN let-up for six weeks. Has plenty of early speed and a likely leader, in with a chance.

Backmarkers should get their chance in a good speed race. MASTER TOBE should be able to run a good race in this one and will challenge at the line. HAPPY ARISTOCRAT resumes from a long 48 week spell and capable of racing on speed, place chance.

Stand-out between the top two picks. INGAKARA let-up and has a lot of early speed, genuine contender.  IDEAL GIFT let-up for six weeks and looks the leader, each-way claims. SATURN MOON let-up and capable of racing on speed, don't treat lightly. PETIT VERDOT back from let-up and looks the leader, must be considered.

Anticipating a truly run race so don’t rule out backmarkers. This should be a close race and expecting PROUD MASTER to be pushing for a win here. MASTER OF DESTINY first-up after 31 week spell and has the speed to overcome drawing the widest barrier, still in this. FAST LOVE let-up for 10 weeks, well placed. PRINCE OF TARANTO first-up after 22 week break and proven first-up winning two from four when fresh, cannot be ruled out.

Solid pace expected in this one. LESLIES PATHTOFAME back from let-up and looks the leader, dangerous. AGRESSIVO back from let-up and has the speed to overcome a very wide draw, still in this.
