A massive day of Game 2 NBA games are set to take place with some upsets coming in Game 1 expect some exciting games!


Atlanta Hawks @ Boston Celtics

On Tuesday night, the Atlanta Hawks will face off against the Boston Celtics at TD Garden for Game 2 of their Eastern Conference First Round Playoff Series. Although the Hawks are coming off an impressive win against the Miami Heat in a Play-In Game, their 112-99 loss to the Celtics in the series opener showed a clear increase in competition. Dejounte Murray led the Hawks with 24 points, eight rebounds, six assists, and three steals, while Trae Young added 16 points, eight assists, three rebounds, and two steals. Meanwhile, Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum proved to be a dominant force for the Celtics, combining for 54 points and 23 rebounds in the game. The Celtics hold a 1-0 series lead, having won all four games against the Hawks during the regular season. With no injuries to report, expect that the Celtics should comfortably win this one at home and build a 2-0 series lead.

New York Knicks @ Cleveland Cavaliers

The New York Knicks are set to face off against the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference First-Round Playoffs at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse on Tuesday. After a surprising win in Cleveland, the Knicks lead the series 1-0 and are looking to steal another road victory. Jalen Brunson led the way for the Knicks in Game 1, scoring 27 points on 11-of-24 shooting, followed by Julius Randle with 19 points and 10 rebounds. The Cavs' Donovan Mitchell poured in 38 points, but it wasn't enough to secure the win. The Knicks will aim to maintain their momentum and secure an advantage before heading back home for Games 3 and 4, but may be without Josh Hart due to an ankle injury. Meanwhile, the Cavs will need to bring their best effort to avoid an 0-2 hole before hitting the road.

After dropping Game 1 at home expect the size and scoring of the Cavs to bring the series back to 1-1.

Los Angeles Clippers @ Phoenix Suns

In the Western Conference First-Round Playoffs, the Phoenix Suns will host the Los Angeles Clippers for Game 2 at Footprint Center on Tuesday. The Clippers lead the series 1-0 after an upset win in Game 1, with Kawhi Leonard leading the charge with 38 points, five rebounds, and five assists. Despite strong performances from Chris Paul, Kevin Durant, and Devin Booker, the Suns struggled from beyond the arc, shooting just 6-of-19 from three-point range. The Suns will need to up their game and get more production from their bench to compete with the Clippers' deep roster. This loss marks the third straight defeat for the Suns against the Clippers however expect them to bounce back in Game 2 to level the series.
