Friday 17 March - Fairview Race Preview

Race 1

A number of horses will look to battle it out for the early lead .ESTHER amongst the placegetters at only start running second at Fairview, a winning chance. TIDE IS HIGH has the speed to overcome drawing the widest barrier, could upset. WONDER WOMAN will be the third to battle it out for the win, don’t overlook. FLY BETTER has plenty of early speed and a likely leader, don't dismiss.

Race 2

A number of first starters in this one. BACK FOR MORE placed at only start at Fairview, genuine contender. GLOBAL BANKER let-up for six weeks and amongst the placegetters at only start running third at Fairview, each-way claims. EXCALIBUR first starter and racing without trial, could threaten. QUESTOR first starter and untrialled, in with a chance.

Race 3

UNCLE GEORGE looks a big chance in this one and will be pushing for a top place finish. LAW COURT back from six week let-up and has genuine early speed, a close top pick. BOURNEMOUTH back from 10 week let-up and has the speed to overcome an unfavourable draw, consider. SHUNMYO on debut and has the speed to overcome drawing the widest barrier, looks threatening.

Best of the Day - UNCLE GEORGE

Race 4

Looks to have good pace engaged in this one. MOUNT ANDERSON coming off a win at Fairview when first up and has genuine early speed, looks threatening. FERRARI ICE a track specialist winning five times at Fairview, don't treat lightly. TARANTINO looking for a hatrick after winning two in a row at Fairview and capable of racing on speed, a winning chance. BOLD RESOLVE back from seven week let-up and has outstanding form at this track, cannot be ruled out.

Race 5

Not much between these. VIHZOE'S MAGIC last start winner at Fairview when first up and has a lot of early speed, has solid claims. HAZY CRAZY NIGHT and ALASKAN FIRE will be battling it out for the final 2 place finishes with SILVER SLIPPERS rounding out the top 4 in a very tight race.

Race 6

Will be a close run race between the top picks. EKORIA has genuine early speed and has outstanding form at this track, should be pushing for a podium finish. SUGARBERRY let-up for nine weeks and has a lot of early speed, commands respect. LADY WRITER looks the leader, right in this.  MEDLERS TART coming off a win to break maiden at Fairview and drawn perfectly, could upset.

Race 7

Anticipating this to be run genuine tempo in a relatively small field for the day. HILDELITA won at only start at Fairview and has won at the track before, one of the main hopes. IDITA won at only start at Fairview and has won here before, should be thereabouts. LUNA HELO will be pushing it at the line with the shortest odds on offer in the field. SIDDELEY has won or placed in both races so far and last start winner to break maiden at Kenilworth, dangerous.

Value Pick - HILDELITA

Race 8

Go wide in exotics in a tough race. CHE VINCERA resumes from a long 47 week spell and has the speed to overcome an unfavourable draw, a winning chance. EL ROMIACHI has genuine early speed and three from six wins have been in the dry, the real danger in the race. COOL RUNNINGS back after 14 week break and comes to hand quickly, still in this. BURNING WINGS has the speed to overcome an unfavourable draw, dangerous.
