2023 NBA MVP - Best Bets

The 2023 NBA MVP race is heating up after the All-Star break, and the leading candidates to take out the Michael Jordan Trophy include Nikola Jokic, Joel Embiid, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Luka Doncic, and Jayson Tatum.

Joel Embiid at $7 is also a top contender, leading the league in scoring with 33.1 points per game while playing his best career defense. 

Giannis Antetokounmpo ($8), a two-time MVP, is putting up career-best numbers, averaging 31.8 points, 12.3 rebounds, and 5.4 assists per game while leading the league's second-best defensive team. 

Luka Doncic at $15 has been on fire recently, scoring two 50+ point games in the same week while carrying his Dallas Mavericks to title contention. 

Lastly, Jayson Tatum ($17), who smoked the All-Star game with a record-breaking 55 points, is a strong contender for MVP as he has the best record in the league and is putting up career-best numbers. 

If the team results start matching the dominant player stats, Luka and Tatum should be very tidy value picks, watch their teams closely.
